I am committed to making a positive impact in leadership and education, particularly in empowering women. My background in Management at Trisakti School of Management and Law at Universitas Terbuka provides a solid foundation in understanding organizational dynamics and legal rights, especially concerning women's empowerment.

From a young age, I demonstrated leadership potential, serving as the Head of the Student Council in Junior High School and consistently achieving Rank 1 from Junior High to Senior High School. These experiences taught me responsibility, discipline, and the importance of teamwork.

I actively seek knowledge beyond formal education, attending various thought schools and participating in the National Young Leader Cadre Training organized by Kemenpora and Lemhannas. This experience gave me valuable insights into national leadership and the development of young leaders with a vision for positive societal change.

My mission is to inspire and educate others, particularly young women, to pursue their dreams and break barriers. I speak at various forums to promote education, leadership, and women's empowerment, aiming to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world challenges.

I am committed to fighting for equal opportunities for women in education and the workplace, and I strive to inspire others to create a more balanced, just society through education and leadership.
